At Gark Impex, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email us at garkimpex@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Personalised or hygiene-related items.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacements

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
