1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at garkimpex@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Personalised or hygiene-related items.

Clearance or final-sale items.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
